We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations:

• Order Cancellation:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Special Order Cancellations:
  • Special or custom orders may have different cancellation policies. Please contact us for details regarding specific special orders.

Refunds:

• Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds are issued for items that are returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
